Once again I am asked to FICA. - AGAIN

Last year I approached STN BANK for a 40K Increase on my Revolving credit, NO PROBLEM, it was given to me within 48 hours.
I have been using 70 Bodenstein Street for the past 8 years, I get my mail sent to this address as well.
Sadly I made an error today, and used the incorrect address, and now I am being told it was recorded and therefore you guys wont give me the R4000.00.
WE USE 70 BODENSTEIN STREET AS ITS EASIER ON ALL OF OUR DOCUMENTS.
You guys are pathetic, and useless to say the least.
All my accounts, the banks, Edgars you name it - gets sent to 70 Bodenstein Street.
SO NOW I GET TOLD I NEED TO RE-FICA AGAIN BEFORE YOU WILL ALLOW ME THE R 4000.00
COME ON STANDARD BANK - DO YOU GET OFF ANNOYING YOUR CLEINTS LIKE THIS???
MY ADDRESS IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE 70 BODENSTIEN STREET.
I required the R 4000.00 for an emergency - I guess a life means nothing to you
