Driving School took my money but no service

I Wilma van der Merwe is in a relationship with Jose Pimenta for 4 years. His son attended High School in Pretoria North. During the year 2012 Tony turned 17 years old, he obtained his Learners Drivers License. Kobus from Bodenstein Driving School distributed his cards at the school looking for possible students. He gave us the card because we were looking for somebody in the area who can help him with his License. I phoned Mr Bodenstein and he mailed me all the documents and fees. On the 4/7/2012 we paid the amount of R2200-00 into Bodenstein's ABSA account. We phoned him and he confirmed receiving the money, he will make arrangements with Tony to take him for the eye tests and making the appointment then he will take him for driving classes. Two months passed and nothing happened, we phoned him and he was full of excuses. During Tony's matric year we told Mr Bodenstein now it became urgent for Tony to obtain his drivers license because he his going to attend the SANDF. Still nothing happened. In the meantime Tony obtained his drivers license through another driving school. We phone Mr Bodenstein and ask the money back, he promised to pay back the money, Its more than a year now
