I have forwarded my documents for the Asset reserve distribution, have communicated with Singh, he contacted me to explain what the procedure is, thank you for that... I have sent another email to find out if the admin department has received all the necessary documents, but have had no reply yet. I know everyone is busy, but it will cause a delay in my payout if I don't get a response to find out if they are happy with all the documents that was sent. Please let me know if the documents has bee accepted by the Admin department and if the claim will be paid out according to the date that was stipulated.
