I recently had the pleasure of dealing with the Ooba company in regards to financing of a new home and i was so impressed by the level of professionalism of this company. We were treated like real people with real needs, feedback was immediate with follow-up emails making our day.. They did not leave it there, however and even presented the emails in a personal manner which made us feel welcome. I would not hesitate to inform all i know of this service as it is very hard to find people that still give a in South Africa when it comes to customer care.
