THEIR LETTER
Good day Mrs Kgope

With reference to our telephonic conversation of today at about 8:50 Am, whereby I advised that we Bidvest Bank credited you in error on the 11 July 2012 with R5408.35 credit that you acknowledged.

You further advised that that on receipt of the credit you contacted your Bank, Standard Bank and queried the origin of the funds. The information was not obtained as Standard Bank wanted to charge you for a tracer.
I have spoken to my senior manager and have been asked to enquire from you what amount are you able to afford? We are willing to accept:

1000 Feb

1408.35 May

MY RESPONSE WAS THAT I WILL ADVISE END OF JANUARY AND START PAYING END OF FEBRUARY.

Can you please make a counter offer of the amount you are able to pay per month, please also bear in mind that if in excess of 6 months we will charge interest.
