Very Bad customer service, unwilling to assist

Currently have a credit card with African Bank, this was deactivated due to not using it for a while and I was asked to bring proof of adress as well as ID book to the nearest store, I have done this 3 times in the last 2 months and the card is still not activated. They advertise quick and easy to get credit but hardly look after their excisting customers. Their consultants only care about commission so if you are an existing customer with a problem tough luck!!!
