I AM ALREADY AN EXISTING CLIENT AND ALL I WANTED WAS TO OPEN AN ISLAMIC SAVINGS ACCOUNT. I WAS TRANSFERRED ONCE AND PUT ON HOLD THRICE BECAUSE NOBODY HAD PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE. I COULD TELL THEM MORE ABOUT THERE PRODUCTS THAN THEY COULD TELL ME. REALLY FRUSTRATING
