Efusing to fix the door scrach

Good day

I am still not happy with the service I received from first for women I am having a complaint about the same scratch witch was not there when my car was taken for repairs. now the assessor claims the scratch was there before the accident which is not true and now the insurance says they will not fix it. my question is that did the assessor have the pictures before my car was involved in an accident. my believe is that the scratch happened when they were towing the car.
