Last week Tuesday I applied for a small loan the consultant who helped me told me it was her first day so application took longer, I was approved. I waited and no funds. i called in was told they got my name captured as a lady's name in the system Krestina instead as Krishna they must verify my id, ok fine with that. This went on the whole of last week. I mean can't they go back and listen to the recording its not my fault. the consultant made the mistake? Friday I phoned again the lady I spoke to made me feel so bad like I am lying and all that really unacceptable who give you people the right to treat a person like that, if its your fault, they wanted a copy of my id which I did fax. they said all was fine I will get the sms. I phoned so many times this week now suddenly the application is in progress they must verify employment I mean from Monday almost two weeks for something that you people messed up from the beginning, tell a person yes or no not making a person beg for a small loan. be at least honest my family has outstanding accounts with homechoice and you treat a person like a rogue and mislead a person!!! I work hard for what I have and get treated like this.
