Assistance of Criminals

I requested information about a transaction so that I can give the details to my Computer Consultants so that they can report these companies to the international and local authorities to put an end to a world renowned, they were unhelpful constantly asking for security questions and still have not provided a shred of information which belongs to me.

They would not deal with my appointed Computer Consultant who was requesting the information from them even after I stated I wanted the information and confirmed the security questions and agreed that my consultant had such rights.
They state they will do their own investigation and this will take 5 working days while criminals continue their activities further also they state they will give information only in 3 working days which also assists the criminals to continue their illegal activities, so once again it is obvious they do not protect their clients.
