Outsurance you DON'T always get something out!

Claimed for a burglary that occurred 25-04-2013. To date nothing positive has come out of the claim. They sent out an incompetent subcontractor who couldn't undertake an emergency repair so I had to do the repair myself. Absolutely nothing else has been done to repair my property despite all the absolutely fruitless phone calls and false hope about getting the repairs sorted. First call received from Subcontractor on Mon. 6-07-2013 informing me that they only received go-ahead on this very same day (8/07/2013) VERY DISAPPOINTED considering this is my first claim in 9 years. Hopefully my LAST one too!
