First National Bank
Withdrawal of R8000 without customer consent

Business & Finance

R8000 has been withdrawn to my cheque account without consultation, and this not being the first time, R330 was withdrawn and made payable to my credit card.

I do not dispute my accounts that are in arrears, but i have not been working for 2 years, and have been unable t pay, and have communicated this to my last banker joanne and same email have been sent to Gail Bridge from legal department.

FNB has a tendency of doing as they please without consent. Firstly the Platinum Account i had was just closed without informing me, and i was aware that i am not working that coulld happen, but once you are broke, they disrespect you.
Secondly a cheque card was delivered to me, and i never ordered a cheque card, nor opened a cheque acount, and as long as i was not working, i was happy with a Smart account to transact.
Thirdly, now they withdrew a lumpsum of R8000 once off on my account today, when they can see i will be left with nothing. They dont care, they behave inhuman, they dont bother to call you to ask how much you can afford? Are u working? What is the problem.i have spoken to Veroza Rass, who just slammed the phone over my ear, and finally went to Gail Bridge who then promise
