Loan nightmare continues

Last week I lodged a complaint as I had pathetic service at a branch regarding my loan. I was since contacted by Peter who was supposed to help me settle it. I was sent back to the branch with my documents and submitted everything. almost a week later and I have heard nothing. I mailed Peter 4 times a day without even acknowledging my emails to follow up. Today the loans department tells me my offer has expired and I need to go back to the branch!!! Do these people not communicate with each other. I sent every document that was asked of me including having to get a letter to confirm my employment. Please can someone sort this out. I was supposed have had this sorted last week already and everyday I mail Peter Mashangoane I do not get a response. Their service optimizing specialist hasn't even bothered to aknowledge my emails. I cannot take another hour off of work to go all the way back to the branch and need to have the loan sorted before Friday.
