Is it soooo difficult to get a number changed!!

Went into a branch (more than one) 5 times and even called them personally to get my cell number changed as the person holding my old number is now getting ALL my SMS notifications. This has been going on for months and after going back to a branch in Paarl AGAIN this weekend IT IS STILL NOT DONE!!
Ridiculous and completely unacceptable. Why is it so hard NEDBANK!!!
