Excessive Charges on my account

I have made total instalments of R11334 till date on my loan but the capital amount has only went down by R2000 this is very unreasonable and too excessive. I have paid off 2 loans with african without skipping 1 payment but the charges are just too much and i feel like i m treated as a very risky client while i m not.
