To whom it may concern
It is very unprofessional to let the customer advise of their query and hold on the line and the next thing you speaking to someone else who will ask you to repeat yourself again.
If she was competent she would have told me she can't assist and has to put me through to someone else but no she just passes the buck.
This is such unsatisfactory service
