This is the 3rd month in a row I have had to resort to hollopeter to get FNB to give me feedback. This is the 3rd month I have been debited for a smartphone I do not have after I was promised it will be deleted from my profile.

Either give me the phone or delete it from my profile and refund ALL debited monies back to my account!!!
