NOBODY CALL BACK, DON'T WANT BUSINESS!

I've been trying to apply for a loan 2 weeeks ago, somebody called me back to tell me that i qualify for a loan and will email me the application forms. Until now at this moment i have'nt received anything yet. Seriously, how unprofessional can you get. Can somebody just tell me if I qualify or not, dont tell me i qualify and someone will email me forms and than nothing. Can somebody please contact me regarding thsi matter.
