I paid my account on 1 July 2013 already

I paid my RCS account at TotalSports Secunda on 1 July 2013 at 11:04:59.I found RCS two times already as well as faxed a proof of payment through and still my payment doesn't reflect on my account. They even had the nerve to send me an sms to tell me I must pay now. The last lady I talked to-Nicole-told me that she will give it to to their admin department. I told her that she has to make a suggestion to how their services can be bettered since she told me that a lot of proof of payments was received (through fax) on which she replied: "like what". Like showing the payments when it is paid-that's what.
