I HAVE A CREDIT CARD WITH STANDARD BANK AND I WAS UNABLE TO PAY DUE TO FINANCE PROBLEMS AND NOW I HAVE MONEY TRANSFERRED INTO Y ACCOUNT WHICH DID NOT BELONG TO ME... THE NEXT THING I FIND THE MONEY WAS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MAKING ANY ARRANGEMENT WITH ME. WHEN I PHONE THEM THEY TELL ME THEY CANNOT REVERSE THE MONEY BECAUSE I WAS OWING THEM, WHAT ON EARTH DOES THIS MEAN DEBIT THE MONEY WITHOUT EVEN CONSULTING WITH THE CUSTOMER. I WANT THAT MONEY TO BE REVERSED SO I CAN MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT.
