Very disappointing after sales service

I asked for a quote for my life cover, was given one though it took an hour to do so, but it was on the understanding that my husband will be included. The agent said he would call my husband and then forgot to do so. I can't get hold of him. He still hasn't phoned and I am so angry because they will start deducting payment from my account without proper authorisation as I told him clearly that we are both needing cover so I would pay for both covers from my account. If there is anyone out there who cares about false and misleading agents, then kindly call me urggently because I don't want to become the victim of someone's own agendas. Thank you. This is urgent please as I am terribly disappointed with Outsurance.
