Outsurance Life fails to respond

Action not taken on Complaint 21629112 despite promises on 1 July that it would be immediately resolved. was promised underwriter would get back to on reason for exclusion but complete lack of communication from outsurance. Have since contacted PPS who have given me professional service and quoted me a far cheaper rate (R266 vs R387) - would recommend PPS over outsurance for any degreed person looking for life and disability cover.
