False Advertising

I have a Cheque account with FNB and decided to activate roadside assistance for R5 per month.
Once signed up the call centre agent informs me that I am not covered if I am involved in an accident.
On the website it is stated that if you are involved in an accident they do arrange for towing.
Incompetent staff or false advertising???
