Underground drain pipes have burst

My u/ground drainpipes have collapsed and broken in several places.
Insurer says this is due to 'ageing' and refuse to pay out. Broker states that NO other insrance company covers or pays out for this. I obtained a quote from another insurer who have assured me that these drains are covered and that such a claim would be paid out. I have e-mail confirming this. This is my 1st claim in 6.5 years of insurance with Santam and they refuse to pay out the R15, 000.00 plumbers quote for repairs to such.
