I am starting to ask that questions

I am currently standing right in front of the bank. I have no limit on my card, wanted to resolve it to draw money. Surprise surprise bank closed. I was here at exactly 13h00. Now I cannot do what I was suppose to do today. I really must get a bank that cater for my needs.
