Rude attidute towards a client and not assisting

Good afternoon
Today at around 15H27 I called the Nedbank personal loans call centre regarding my account firstly Mamelo Mathibe (collections) who took my call could not get the correct info in my account and she kept on rudely interrupting whilst I was trying to give more information to assist her in accessing the correct information on my account. She then put me on hold saying "Hold hold" after a while of not hearing anything she then came back with the correct information. I requested her to change my debit date as she notified me that it had been changed, she then confirmed that it has been changed. I asked her to please send me a statement as i have been requesting statements from Nedbank and had not received one to date she then interruptingly so said i will transfer you to customer service and without her even finishing talking the call was transferred.
This should not be allowed to happen at all call centre staff should be well trained on how to handle clients black or white. This reflects very badly for Nedbank as it displays unprofessional values, I don't think I want to do any business with Nedbank as this is not the first time and nothing gets done.
