I am a loyal FNB client, and expect your agents to atleast handle me with some respect when i call in with a issue. I phoned the online contact centre and spoke to monica as i noticed that money has gone of my account twice for 1 purchase, the 26th june and again 4 july. i know sometimes they reserve the money, but this time it went of and my balance decreased on the 26th, as well as the 4th july. she confirmed this and said i must call inquiries - i called and got through sibusisu, wow what a champ-NOT! this guy is a so and rude, he laughed at me, spoke to me as if im an, and just tried to make me feel like im the one in the wrong! i asked to speak to someone else, which he asked WHY, i told him that i didnt appreciate how he was speaking to me, so he told me GOOD LUCK AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN. come on! i just spoke to Zwedi, sibusisu - you can take a few tips from him! thanks Zwedi, its sorted! i was helped by disputes and the issue is sorted.
