Terrible service

Wednesday 3rd July:

I had a minor accident with my vehicle and were booked for an assesment at a telesure centre in Boksburg.

They assessed the vehicle and said the cost would be R6000 to fix the vehicle. Got a call from Virgin Insurance this morning to say the cost to repair is R3500 so it will not be covered and they are closing the claim.

Asked them to have the assesment centre as well as their management to call me without any luck.

Looking for new insurance company now.
