Initial Finance Charges!

Good day MFC
Herewith my disagreement with the levying of the "initial finance charges". Kindly do not respond with that generic response. Provide me with a detailed comparison how MFC arrives and calculated that amount. And taking into consideration, compare that with my Original Sale of Agreement! If MFC are saying this was no hidden costs. Kindly take the time and liberty to have someone do a detailed breakdown in comparison to what I INITIALLY SIGNED WITH 30 NOVEMBER 2011!
Pls note your ignorance as well. I have sent through more than 5 emailed requests stating that my emailed statements to be forwarded to my private email address and not my work email address. BUT FOR THE LOVE OF CHEESE, YOU GUYS CANNOT GET THAT RIGHT EITHER! I HAVE TO SEND THROUGH REQUESTS EVERY SINGLE TIME DURING STATEMENT MONTH.
MFC IS SO BRILLIANT! I COULDN'T EVEN DO QUERIES ON MY OWN ACCOUNT, A BRILLIANT AGENT SENT ME BACK A RESPONSE STATING YOU HAVE TO BE THE ACCOUNT HOLDER? NO YOU TELL ME? WASNT I THE ACCOUNT HOLDER? FOR CRYING OUT LOUD

kindly provide me also with legal definitions in comparison with the migtated (MFC decision!) statements and notes.
