21 DAYS AGO MY DAUGHTER OF 23 HAD A MINOR CAR ACCIDENT. SUBMITTED A CLAIM ON THE FIRST WORKING DAY TOGETHER WITH THE POLICE REPORT. ALSO WITH QUOTES ONE FOR R8 413.53 AND ANOTHER FOR R7 074.85. ON MY INSISTANCE THE LOWER ONE WAS ACCEPTED A SAVING OF R1 33.68 (15.91%) AND THEY STILL WANTED TO REPAIR USING 2ND HAND PARTS??? FOR DAYS NOW I HAVE BEEN GIVER THE RUN AROUND WITH ONE CONTRADICTORY MUMBLE AFTER THE OTHER.
TODAY'S EFFORT HAS CAUSED ME TO FREAK OUT. NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY NOW WANT TO RECOVER THE "LOSS" FROM THE RESPONSIBLE PERSON WHOEVER THEY THINK THAT MAY BE. AFTER ALL THIS IS AN ACCIDENT THAT'S WHY I AM INSURED.
ALL I WANT IS TO BE INFORMED OF THE EXCESS THAT I MAY PAY MY CONTRIBUTION AND HAVE THE CAR REPAIRED. CAN ANYBODY PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME. HELP ME IF YOU CAN I'M FEELING DOWN.
