Outsurance
No R400

On 15 April 2013 I spoke to Sydney regarding my insurance on my vehicle and outsurance could not beat my current insurers premium and I was asked for my policy documents so that they could send me the R400 as they advertise. I then sent it to him. After some follow ups, I was told that I was not eligible for the R400, and when I questioned him as to the reasons he requested my current policy documents if he knew that I was not eligible for the R400, he said he would escalate it and get back to me. That was on 31 May 2013. I have not received any response to my last two emails. Bending over backwards???
