Reverse of Debit orde

I went into the branch of broad acres to reverse a debit order. I told this guy that I went to Dobsinville std bank yesterday to reverse it but they told me that its not reflecting on my statement as yet?! how?! I asked and she said I can reverse it. But anyway He made me sign a form and I told him I signed the same form yesterday and why is there no action in bank account, this morning when I called std bank to confirm why I haven't received the money in my bank account, they told me that it has not been reserved... WHO ON EARTH DOES THAT TO PEOPLE?! H e even said to me please buy me KFC if u get the money?! Really?! U have a nerve to ask me that and don't even do you job properly. Some of us rely fully on every cent we have in the bank. SO I'M A VERY FOR BAD SERVICE I GOT FROM THE STD BANK IN BROAD ACRES...
