DSS- Despicable and Stinking Service

Hello Uncle Peter...

Its me again. Sadly, Im here again complaining about the same company. Not even sure if they are worthy of the name 'company'. But one thing for sure, is, the service is indeed 'Standard'.

On the 2nd of July I walked into the Standard bank Branch in Small street JHB to dispute to debits that went off my account... By 7am on the 3rd of July, I had already received an update on my Blackberry, that, in total, a sum of R1554.59 has been successfully credited into my account. When I went to the same branch, exactly 6 hours later, to withdraw the money, I only had R406.93... In a Bank like that, with queues longer than Voting lines, there was no way I was going to put myself through what I endured the previous day. On both occassions I was on my way to work... Even the taxi industry has improved... Im 100% sure this is the last time I'm complaining about Standard bank because Im not having my next salary into that bank again.
Please help 'Uncle', you are my last hope.
