As the countries most expensive bank [URL Removed] one would certainly expect high levels of customer service. The reality is however that almost every interaction I have with your bank is painful and frustrating.

I have been trying for over 3 months to get an additional Greenbacks card for my partner on my account.

We still do not have the card in our hands, and although it is apparently now ordered I would like to nominate your staff at the Mutual Park branch Ray Cornish and John Willis for rotten tomato awards and Andile Makaranda for the worst Nedbank employee of the year award. Between them it has taken weeks to get the correct American Express card ordered... with appalling follow up service from them all.
