Incompetent Staff from Branch Level to Call Centre

I have now had it with Standard Bank.

Vehicle Finance was granted, Bond was granted until complication arose... now I re apply for my bond- Declined again for the third time due to a default that was listed unfairly- Default was removed, proof of Transunion report was sent through and still they won't budge and give me a bond!

As if that isn't enough to me off, I call the incompetent call center and was advised to go into a branch with a home loans consultant in, to have an Arbitration sent through In doing so... guess what they don't even know what the an Arbitration is let alone know how to do one.
