They don't deliver what they promise

They make everything sound so easy with their stupid Steve adverts but they don't deliver on what they say. I have a Lifestyle debit account and set up online banking, i then tried logging in and if failed so i called the call center (which they don't say you must do for a security check) the first person i spoke to asked me a few questions and when i passed she said it was done. I then tried logging on to my account and it let me in but just showed my E-Bucks account and not my debit account so i called back and the second person made me wait for like 20 minutes on hold so i got irritated with their music and put the phone down. The third call i made to them resulted in me getting told that i have to go into a branch to sort it out. NEDBANK online banking is so easy and way more efficient than this. FNB should stop putting so much money into the stupid Steve adverts and put that money into improving their service.
