One of the consultant gave me a call to offer me extra benefits on my car insurance and i explain to the Lady that she must contact me in July to find out if am interest to take the insure but she fail to do so. when i checked my statement i saw extra debit from first for woman without my approval.

This is not acceptable really, and nobody called me from first for woman to rectify the mistake, if its how you guys operate i rather take my business somewhere else where they will give me a better service
