Over promise and under delive

After my recent horrible experience with first for woman i decided to switch insurance companies. However first for woman's debit order still went off my account i requested a refund which i was told would take 7 days its now been well over a week, i would like my money refunded back into my account before close of business today. I cant believe how the service at first for woman has been lately. Absolutely shocking and ridiculous.
