Unfair Treatment

A bit annoyed with Standard Bank at this stage. They debited 4 times my monthly installment for my personal loan without warning or talking to me first. Now can't even pay my rentals at this stage. Not sure if this is fair at all and debating whether i can still trust them with my money when they can simply raid my accounts at will.
