TO STD BANK YOU JUST A NUMBER - COLD UNCARING!

I am totally devasted and expected a bit more undestanding from a bank that iv been with since I was first able to open a bank account. Over the weekend I discovered they have taken out R6500 from my account. I went into a branch in Carlton centre today they advised me that legal has taken the money and they will not entertain me asking for a refund, or to make an arrangement. I have jst had a baby not even 2 months old and just started a new job 3 months, and my wife is on maternity leave this being her third month and does not get a cent, so my salary was all we had. when I called legal they told me i owed them the money and they have every right to take it, and threw some term and condition in my face. they can do that when i signed years ago and they will never reverse it, I have not recieved letters, emails or spoken to anyone, never was a VM left telling me of options. Now I am unable to pay the rent, take my child to the Paed. I expected help when NEEDED MOST.I feel totally hopeless and realise I am just a nr to SBSA.My family has all agreed to close their acc with me. well done STD bank you just lost 7 account holders.
