CLAIM NOT PAID

In 2010 i had an accident where i was the only person involved. I informed Auto and General the service was fine and the car was written off but the insurance did not pay for it. i tried to find out from them what was the problem and they told me they there was a problem with my tires and the accident report, what really botthers me is that Regent (top up insurance) paid for the car.
