Borrows money from clients

Mr Germishuys is at Westdene Brokers in Bloemfontein. When my husband has a severe heart attack Mr Germishuys who is our broker assisted us to claim from Discovery. When the payout was done, he contacted us and said that he can try to get more from Discovery and in the same call asked if we would not mind to borrow him money, R15000 payable with R5000 interest equalling R20000, which he will pay back just the following month.

We then decided to borrow him this money, however it is now 3 years. R9000 was paid and further he is consistently lying about when he is going to pay it back. At some stage he was going to make another loan. I believe that this is the modus operandi of Mr Germishuys and that there is more clients whom he is using as soon as they have a trauma payout or similar.

I am serious considering moving away from this brokerage and to lay a formal complaint at Discovery and other insurance companies who he represents.
