Numerous messages of non payment but paid up

I have received numerous sms's email's saying my debit order was not honoured but the debit order was actually honoured a day before. The email's and sms's tend to be more of harassment because they come continuosly.
What kind of system do they operate? I honestly think they should revisit their IT support or get an accredited IT firm to get them a proper system. This has happened before so obviosly someone is not taking initiative to correct it.
Sort out the problem and not just issue apologies continuosly, it defeats the purpose of running a business efficiently.
And yes, i have called the call centre and received no answer coz they dont know.
