Horrible Service from clueless consultants

Do not even know where to begin. Last year i had an accident of which i put in a claim with Mi-way and it was sorted but had some concerns about the quality of the work done by the repair shop. I tried a million times to get this sorted through Mi-way but i was not helped by the consultant that was handling my claim. I had to run around on my own and try to sort out the issues with the repair shop. I raised a formal complaint of which i was told it will be attended to and i will get feed back and to this day zero feedback on my complaint. This year they increased premiums without sending a notice (great job) and now i want to cancel the policy and I'm being given the run around. I leave messages for them to reply and as always zero response and as a result i have to call them a million times to speak to those clueless consultants who are not help full. Now I'm requesting proof cancellation and guess what... the usual run around were i have to call and beg them for service... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE... and this is the reason I'm leaving them now... HORRIBLE... and please DO NOT call me... just send me my proof of cancellation... if you can manage that
