Bad Service

Am very disappointed right now, I applied for a loan on Saturday and the call centre called me and the application was approved. I was advice by the advisor the fund will be in my acc on Monday the latest. I've been waiting for 4 days now nothing, they keep on sending me stupid sms the application is still in progress how can this be when everything was done on saterday. Please advise if you can assist or not and stop wasting my time
