Paying for consolodation loan I ddnt want

On the 21st of June 2013 I went in an old mutual centre to get a quotation on a consolodation before I could accept the offer on paper the old mutual had paid the accounts before I could accept it. I told the lady that I felt it was too much repayment she said its out of her hand all this took place before I could sign the contract. She said she will work on the next morning I came to see If she had cancelled she said she had cancelled n took copy of my contract and shreded it. On the 25th I went on to see if the contract had been cancelled to find that it hadn't been. When I asked about it she told me to go to a bank to get a loan to settle with old mutual that contract is binding despite have asked that the loan be cancelled. This particular individual also refused that I read the contract before I sign it or take a look at it what so ever. She about the content of the contract. She acted in bad faith forcing me to sign a contract that was coupled by treats of initiation fees and so forth
