Rcs is giving me a very hard time .i pay my account on the 31of may 2013 but till today my account is not up to date i almost fax the proof of payment 3 times to diferent people because every tom and jery who is working in the call center getting bored and phone me for one and same thing

please they must do their work properly and stop harasing me .i ve got lot to do then answering your calls day and night .i dont feel safe with Rcs because with all these calls they are making they going to charge me for that and i am going to be a bad payer, wheres i make sure that i am paying their instalments each and every month i am very dissapointed
