Absa in Breach of FAIS Act

On 04/06/2013 logged a dispute with penalties for release of funds and was penalized R1140, which was said to be early release fees, which were never disclosed when the funds were invested. These fees are highly rejected and need to be return as this is a cleared by the Bank and inconsistent with the Disclosure provisions of the FAIS Act.

We logged a complaint with the above Branch and they committed to a 3 day SLA resolution, but until today, they still have not resolved nor given us the feedback.

we urgently require this to be resolved and feedback be given.
