Epudiation of claim

I took a hospital cash back in 2010 sold by Edgars Club and underwritten by Hollard . i have never claimed before and till now when i was hospitalised in April, i have submitted the required invoice and now my claim was declined because i was admitted for Depression, they stated the reason that Depression is a life time sickness therefore the cannot assist me. When i accepted the policy telephonically i was not stipulated to me
however i feel that i have been Ripped Off, can someone assist WITH THE RECORDED CONVERSATION as it was not mentioned to me..
