Hi
Discovered after paying for 10 years for my mother that the insured and the benificiary and payer are the same person. I personally conveyed the information to metropolitan agents that I am the payer and that the information they had was incorrect as I was supposed to be the benificiary. My emails and phone calls went unanswered.
